Good customer service 1/9/2009

Despite the previous reveiw I have had the opposite experience. Anytime I have been in this store the employees go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. The environment is clean and the employees are friendly. I will be going back. Nice yummy coffee shop too! Pros: professional service more

Cheats customers 10/12/2008

When confronted over a mispriced item. Manager tries to send a stockboy out to change the sign so she can deny the over priced item. Also there is a sign in the store if the items rings up wrong you get the item freel. They when confronted said they never heard of it.
