I called on a Thursday to explain my vehicle issue and they were able to get me in the very next morning! They always advise of the cost and issue before they do the work. And the number one reason I like this shop is because once I get there to pick up my car the amount has NOT changed. That alone is outstanding to me cause it has happened to me so many time. more

We we went there this morning...after previously explaining the situation in detail. He insured us that he could do its not a problem. We go there and the owner didn't even look at the car. All we wanted was for him to put the part on nothing else as previously discussed. As a true mechanic you go an actually look at the car and inspect it. This did not happen! So he wants to talk business now before even looking at the car. Ask year, make and model and then says this ridiculous price . Now we have been price hunting for a while and could do the work ourselves for its only replacing the brake line. In the mist of us talking no excuse me I need to take this call nothing he just answers the phone. You will never have to worry about us recommending or even thinking about stopping by there again. more

Best mechanic ever 8/4/2011

My entire family has used Wood's for YEARS. They never overcharge us, they do good work, and they are actually honest. I recommend them to everyone I know. The other reviewer who said they are "never open" must be trying to go a 9 PM, because they are always open when I go by. To give them a 1 star review because you don't check their hours of operation is really lame. more
