I must say I thoroughly enjoyed all of your workers from start to finish. Todd was very thorough and helpful when inspecting my furnace. He was personable and professional. Victor and Falcon did a great job on the install. They worked well together and were fun to have in my home. They did a great job of cleaning up the job site. I was impressed with your companies service on all levels. Todd Forrest was great at showing me why I needed a new furnace. He was fun but also professional. Victor and Falcon worked well together on the install. They were professional and very friendly. I enjoyed them. They did a good job from start to finish. more

New water system. 3/6/2017

We had a new water system from Costco and faucet installed in the kitchen, the installers Gene and Angle did a great job, both were professionals just as I would expect. I will look to Wolfers for my next remodel or repair. Thanks again. more

Annual service/tune-up of heating system. 3/3/2017

Wolfers service tech, Sean S., was highly professional in every respect (appearance; attitude; communications; customer service; technical skills; teach/train the customer on how to maximize the utilization of their HVAC system; cleanliness). I will request Sean S. to be my service tech. for all future preventative maintenance service calls on my HVAC system. Many "thank you's" to Sean S.!!! more

Furnace and AC install 2/28/2017

Teo, Scott and Brian arrived early this morning. They were friendly, efficient and completely professional from start to finish. They took time to answer any questions we had throughout the day. I'm sure they had some challenges along the way, but they always seemed to be in total control. We couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. Finishing up with patiently teaching us how to adjust the system to suit our needs and explaining the paperwork left us with the good feeling that we had indeed chosen the best company. Thank you so very much! more

Service pro. 2/6/2017

Clean nicely presented tech. Wore booties. Easy to talk to and ask questions. I had a Honeywell Ultraviolet unit in my system. Tech was not familiar with this. I knew it was suppose to glow blue. Tech said it was glowing orange. I took it out after the tech left and found the unit to be burned out. Ordered new one on line. Tech answered a question about how to help distribute our heat better in the house. We will make an appointment later for this service. more

We couldn't be any happier than we were with Spencer M. and his personality as well as his service today. We will continue to use Wolfer's Heating because all of their technicians have been very polite, honest and obliging. We give it a 5 star rating more

Winter Service Call 1/30/2017

Sean S. arrived as scheduled. He knew what my problem was about and started servicing immediately. As he worked he explained each step to me so that I understood what was taking place. Sean was professional,courteous and attentive to my questions and concerns. The price was just as expected. I certainly got my moneys worth. more

Service Call 1/25/2017

Ken was very detailed. It was a quick and thorough service call. He addressed our concerns about a noise too. He performed varies tests and did not find anything. The possible issue was ice from our storms. We appreciated his efforts. more

Great Service, Would highly recommend 1/7/2017

Our furnace broke in the middle of a very cold December. Wolfer's did a great job with estimates (Jeff Mendon) and installation. Kevin W. & Scott J. installed our furnace and did an awesome job! Very courteous & professional, would highly recommend. more

Tankless water heater replacement 5/26/2016

Steve Kemnitz went above and beyond to take care of a tankless water heater that was installed 7 years ago. Well out of the warranty period, they went to bat with the manufacturer to get a free new upgrade replacement and installed it free of charge. That is about the very best that I could hope for and Wolfers delivered! Steve you are the best and you have a customer here that will never look elsewhere for heating, cooling or plumbing needs. more
