My son & I have seen Dr. Watzman for 20 plus years. Because I do not have insurance we are being charged $100.00 a visit. I know insurance companies do not pay but $30.00 a visit...

I've been a patient of Dr Samano Jr for over 10 years. Lately I have had no health insurance. So, needless to say...I really can't afford to go see them every time I need my insulin refilled. They want me to come in and submit blood and get tests done that equal $250...then the cost of my insulin. Well, I called today and made the earliest appointment and requested my insulin be called in. Then, I got a call back by some guy telling me that I have been ""Discharged"", due to non cooperation. I think everything happens for a reason, so I am taking my business somewhere else. more

Somano Jr and Nick 4/3/2012

This is a great team. I usually see Nick the PA that works with Greg Samano JR. I have some unusual circumstances and these two are always there when I need them. If there is a ideal model of how a physician / PA team should operate...This is it...I have been in the medical field since 1977 myself so I am aggressive with my health care. I interview before I select a physician and will terminate one that does not meet my standards...I know this sounds glowing but too many doctors get away with arrogant attitudes...This team shines. more

No Love for long time patients 3/2/2012

I have been going here for over 10 YEARS. For the first time ever I do not have health insurance and needed to see a DR. to get my prescription refilled. They were not willing to help me out at all with the price and they told me the DR Visit would cost $80 over the phone. Needless to say $165 later i got my script. I would recommend this place only to people who dont mind waiting an HOUR to see the Dr's assistant. I hope some there reads this and realizes just because they have taken on way to many patients that they should forget about the loyal ones. more

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! 8/30/2011

This practice has a ridiculous policy of charging you for an appointment that was made 6 months ago with no follow up call to reconfirm the appointment. My son had moved away from Winter Park and was still charged for an appointment that was not confirmed. Nor did they try and call him.I tried to talk to the girls in the billing dept and found them to be rude. My son was very unhappy with the doctors too. They were not through in their diagnosis and very unhelpful in finding solutions for his problem. I cannot recommend this practice at all more

couldn't recommend Sr. and Jr. more !!!!!! 3/12/2011

I couldn't recommend both doctors Samano Sr. and Jr. more. Not only are the brilliant factually but are caring, a combination not found in a vast majority of medical providers. They also treat you like a thinking person, not in the ""me know everything/you know nothing/you mindlessly do what i tell you regardless"" that i have experienced from most doctors and nurses (especially those in hospitals). more

Dr. Samano II has been my Dr. for many years. I cannot imagine a more caring Dr. to trust with my health. He takes time to really listen to his patients. He is always willing to answer my long list of questions. Pros: Takes time with each patient and really listens more

NOT HAPPY 11/6/2008

rude appointment receptionist 10/1/2008

very rude receptionist answering phones for appointments - very short and abrupt - they act like you are bothering them by calling. I wanted to make an appointment and soon changed my mind and went elsewhere. more
