I would give less stars if it were possible. After THEY broke my cup holder during a previous visit, they now want to charge me to repair it. I took my car in, told them the heater on front seat didn't work and the rear door mechanism that slid the door open and shut wasn't functioning. I also mentioned they told me I needed a new fuel pump when I had it in the previous year (remember the broken cup holder), and now it sometimes was hard to start. They called me back three hours later and told me the heater on the front seat didn't work (to repair: over $300.00) and the rear door sliding mechanism was burnt out (to repair: over $700.00). They told me they could not duplicate the fuel pump issue. I said fine, skip the door and seat repair, and fix the cup holder on your dime, you broke it. Cost to have them verify what I told them?????He wouldn't give me a straight answer on the phone, but said I would charged several hours labor. So that's several hundred dollars, I asked. YES, he said.\r All that time and money, and hopefully, when I get there, the several hundred cup holder will be restored to it's prime, before they got their hands on it. and thank God I told them what the problem was before they discovered what the problem was. Can you imagine the bill if I hadn't? more

I went to look at it and didn't really plan on buying that day but he let me take a long test drive, answered all my questions and gave me a good price & he let me take it home that day with only a small deposit without the rest of the down or title to my trade in. ""Bring it in a couple of days"" he said. Joe the sales manager & Mike in finance are top notch too as I'm sure the whole dealership is. Friendly, professional, clean & efficient. You walk out of a lot of dealerships feeling like you need a shower...I walked out of Reno Buick feeling like I had just taken one (and then drove home in my bad@ss V!) Reno Buick, GMC, Cadillac is awesome! Thanks Wayne & Crew!! more

bought a new pontiac G6 in may of 2006 bought with a chip in paint and was told to bring it back it two days to get if fixed, came back and noone knew a thing about it, this happened about two more times before the car was fixed for that chip. upon pick up more chips and scratchs, went back several time to get may thing repainted at on point a gentlemen told us we bought a 20,000 car and not an 80,000 car. during this time the car was also in and out to the service shop for and engine problem which i was told was a fuel problem and not a car problem. well come to find out 9 months later it is car problem but no one wants to take responsibility and fix it or give me a new car. people don't buy new cars to bring them in the shop every other week and be worried if the cars going to be reliable. the car is a lemon and should be taken care of to make the customer happy, after all the customer is what keeps the dealership open.\r i would rate this place a 1 I will never buy a car from them again nor will i buy an pontiac-GMC\r more
