On October 25, 2011 Better Business Bureau suspended this company's Accreditation for a pattern of complaints regarding failure to honor contracts and deliver products and/or services. I paid a deposit for a hurricane door in Sept 2011. On Nov 3, I received a letter from the former director of the company that the business was closed. My deposit has not been returned. CROOKS!!! Anyone who has been swindled by this company needs to file a complaint with the Pinellas County District Attorney's office. They have stolen many people's deposits for windows and doors. more

We had window solutions over to our house and the saleman was very professional and they beat the other places by a few hundred bucks. He told us the windows would be installed in 4 weeks. After 4 weeks we called the office and the woman on the other end told us it takes 6 to 8 weeks. Naturally it almost 9 weeks by the time they called and set an appointment. She told me I would be getting their top installer. When the installers got hear (2nd) appointment cause the installer got sick the first time, it was a dude who had never even met the contractor....his first job for window solutions I gathered. Took him two hours to put up the first window. One window never made it to my house I guess it was damaged in shipping, they were not up front about it and I had to ask if there was another window in the van? Called Arlene again and she said it would take a week or two and the window was being rushed to us...one month later and many unreturned phone calls to Arlene I'm more than a little pissed and will have to drive 30 minutes to the showroom to find out where my window is and why has she not returned my calls. I would tell you to find your windows someplace else. more

Ordered custom product from us. Refused to accept it and pay for it. Dead Beats more

My family did several condo's in Clearwater and I was very pleased working with Marc and Paula, the owner's. When unexpected issues arose, they we're upfront and took responsiblity to resolve and schedule to my convenience. My father was a builder and I know not everything goes 100% as you may hope in a remodel. I was glad I choose W.S. because they have a General Contractor's license to repair dryrot wood that was not forescene prior to my installation. The history of inspections passed the first time is important to me when interviewing any company to come into my home. The value of insurance carried is also important, as I and my family have antiques that W.S. took the time to protect before starting any work in my home. They carry well over statues and are bonded. My over all experience was very satisfactory from start to finish. I have already recommended them to another family member! more

**Avoid this company at all costs!!!** Everything that could go wrong with my order, DID! Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. You are better off burning your money. more

If you have money to throw away, then by all means hire these clowns! You will give a deposit and you will not get what u paid for. I DIDNT!! more

Purchasing windows for your home, condo or investment properties is a major expense. One can receive 'sticker shock'. I know from the homes I have rehab'ed. Moved to Tarpon Springs 2010, decided to install windows. Called 13 window companies and 9 came to give bids. Talk about an education....bids were 'crazy' in price ranges. Rep's varied too. Had some that got angery, due to being honest & stating that I will review all bids. Yet, there was a company included in my 9....Window Solutions of Tarpon Springs......Owner came to see me, which I liked right away. Why....Paula explained the pro's/con's of each type of window....single pane, double, impact, non-impact, gas filled etc....others did not educate me as Paula. Arlene, office mgr....filled out ALL PAPER WORK, along w/ assisting me w/ tax credit papers. Order was correct, along w/ arriving as promised. Frank, installer....one could not ask for a more professional worker. Frank takes 'pride' in his workmanship. Cleaned every window inside & out before he left. Flower beds were not trampled. No glass/construction debris left in yard or home. more

My wife and I hired this company to replace three windows in our condo, big mistake. The company made many errors and didn't care. First they failed to get approval from our condo association for the work to be done. I had to call to check if this was done after almost a month of waiting for our windows to be built. They would not have gotten approval if I hadn't called and checked. The company ordered the wrong windows from the manufacturer and never bothered to check if the windows were correct when they received them or before they sent their crew to replace the windows. After this they sent in a new order to replace the wrong windows, after three weeks I called to check on the progress of the correct windows and was told that the order had never actually been sent in to the manufacturer. The manufacturer had to rush the windows through two weeks later. The windows were finally replaced after a total of at least two months of wasted time. The worst part is that Window Solutions response to the problems was, ""Well accidents happen, what do you want me to do."" I've never had such terrible service ever from a company that I was paying. I'm okay with one or two mistakes but a whole series of mess-ups is just ridiculous, and then to be told basically that stuff happens, oh well was just too much for me. Pros: the installers did a decent job Cons: very poor customer care, didn't seem concerned about littany more
