The dental assistant that performed my routine cleaning paid little attention to me or my teeth, opting instead to gossip with her fellow employing, while hardly looking down. It was a painful experience; my gums have never been cut up so badly, especially by a "trained professional". On top of that, they charged me a substantial amount for their service while my husband who has also been to this office with the same insurance, and had the same cleaning done was charged nothing! When I contacted them about the discrepancy I was led to their answering machine and I never received a call back. Bottom line: Bad Service.
