J. Todd Williams, M.D. began Asheboro Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center in 1996 after purchasing the respected Asheboro Dermatology Clinic practice that had been in operation since the 1970s. Since that time, the practice has grown and has added a variety of services. Due to our growth, Asheboro Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center expanded to include three providers. Steve Kimmel, M.D. joined in 2001 followed by Kelly Trogdon Streer, PA-C in 2004. PA Streer retired to focus on family life in early 2009 and will be greatly missed. Fortunately for us, a wonderful and experienced nurse practitioner, Gay Markham, ANP, came on board as our newest provider. Asheboro Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center continues to expand just as the field of Dermatology itself does. We look forward to the future with the highest optimism and enthusiasm.
