Will's is very bad about being considerate of people. If you are a few days late on big ticket items, they will tell you that it has been pulled/sold.

Good: I like how they loan on stuff they use Ebay to figure what it sells for then loan you half of what ebays charges not a bad deal. Bad: What i didnt like was after working there for a long time ive seen the higher ups at wills steal peoples pawns and say they was lost and offer you something else any TENT SALE OR AUCTION Do not buy they only take items out there that do not work if they worked they would be on a sale floor they had a ebay account willsrealdeals where they would sell peoples pawn just look them up on ebay account was canceled by ebay take a look at past feedback and you judge. Improvements: I would like to see the law and atf go in wills and do a large inventory and run serial numbers on guns and inventory and you would be suprised how much of there inventory is stolen. Other: judge for yourself and be careful dealing with them. more

Nice Job Very Nice 7/9/2008

I went there and they were very nice to me. They looked through all of the dvds with me. Overall I would visit wills again. The parking is very nice, I take rides in the KRT and I noticed all the people driving didnt have a problem finding a parking spot. Unlike a previous poster claimed, there aren't any bars on the windows, I don't know what he was thinking! They really dont rip you off either, I had a tv to pawn once and they gave me a fair price on it. You can't write a bad review of a company if you expect gold bricks for your TV from 1989. THEY ARE VERY FAIR! If you need anything from electronics to music equipment to jewelry, look no further and go to will jewelry and loan. A+ Job T.Guy more

We try to take care of all of our customers in a timely and polite manner. I personally try to treat each customer as if they were my family. I put customer service at the top of my list!!! if you were not satisfied with a sales person, you should have reported it to me. You can't expect change if you don't ask for it. more

I like them 4/16/2006

They have tons of discount items like video games and movies. I bought a video game system from them with no problems. They offer to exchange the item if it is broken. They do have bars on their windows and their location is in a slightly bad neighborhood. Their other problem is bad parking. Otherwise I'd buy from them. more

This place will scam you at any chance they can get. It is always a pain to take something in for a loan and they ALWAYS try to rip you off. I think they business has grown so big that they no longer care about the consumer. Their prices are ridiculous and while they DO have a "nice" layaway plan, if you change your mind you can not get your money back, you can only trade it for other merchandise. They ARE easy to find and they have lots of parking. more
