In ShortMaxfield Parrish meets Martha Stewart in this chic Vail restaurant. Hanging lamps adorn the ceilings and huge bouquets of silk flowers spill out of their vases. The menu features Colorado lamb atop potato gnocchi and a pan roasted Atlantic salmon served with an Asian vegetable tortellini. The chicken breast is seared in a tangy mustard demi-glace and served with horseradish mashed potatoes that complement perfectly.
