My wife and I bought a 2012 Pilot from Arthur Johnson at Wilde Honda on Dec 27, 2013. It was a great purchase. My wife was excited to be getting a newer Pilot seeing we were replacing an older Pilot. We alway loved our Pilot, so looking at a newer one was pretty easy and we knew exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Arthur was very professional, and a great salesman. Just got a used CRV from Wilde Honda. Came to the dealership looking for a CRV, I met AJ, a very knowledgable salesman who went through the inventory and picked out one of the three vehicles I already had in mind. He got me the CarFax report and then we went for a test drive. The car drove nicely, very quiet and comfortable! I love the space and color. I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra last week from Wilde Honda in Waukesha. I test drove the car and things seemed to work fine. The price was great and the Carfax showed normal maintenance was performed on the car. While driving home in stop and go traffic, I noticed the transmission seemed to be slipping. I returned to the dealership that night and voiced my concern to the used car manager. He stated that it might be because the car had been on the lot for a number of months, and to take it to a Hyundai dealership to have it checked out. The Hyundai dealership checked the car out and sure enough, the transmission needed to be replaced (thankfully it was covered under the warranty). After learning this I returned to Wilde Honda and spoke with the manager. He offered to buy the car back at the full purchase price if I wasnâ??t happy with it and paid for a new keyless entry system (it was sold without the keyless entry). Iâ??m keeping the car because everything is working fine now. It was nice to see that they were willing to work with me to remedy the situation, but this car should never have left the lot with a bad transmission. more

My mother in law is looking for a van so I took her to wilde honda to see if they have anything will work for us, I previously bought a car from wilde honda, I had a very good experience with them, their inventory is huge so we were able to find the right van for my mother in law, we worked with the same salesperson Mao and manager Curt is great also. more

I just purchased a used Honda Accord from Wilde. This is the third vehicle I have purchased there, (2 new and 1 used), and based on these buying experiences I will not shop anywhere else for a car. Here is why… \r I began my research through their website and found this to be extremely helpful, great photos, descriptions and a Carfax for every car. When I selected cars I wanted to drive my sales person Chad, always had them ready for me when I came for my appointment. I test drove many cars, changed the type of car I was looking for several times, and there was never any pressure applied to close a deal. When I did settle on the car I eventually purchased they provided a great deal of information on the car, from Carfax data, reviews, service data etc. \r When it came down to closing the deal it was done very professionally, there was no back and forth and continual haggling, they provided an aggressive price, made one adjustment to my trade-in and the deal was done. When I purchased the car it was a very busy Saturday and rather than wait in line to complete the financial paperwork Chad offered to make an appointment later in the day. When I arrived for the appt we completed the transaction very quickly and my car was cleaned inside and out and delivered with a full tank of gas.\r Also, since I have also had very positive Service experiences also at Wilde, this is where I will be doing my service for this Accord as well.\r The family is very excited about the new purchase and I would like to thank Wilde for making it a very positive experience! more
