HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Do not use this company unless it's your absolute last choice! They have no respect for their paying customers. You can call an hour in advance and still be waiting once the hour has past. They are not worth it!!!! My driver wasn't even watching the road as he drove on the highway because he was to busy writing on his pad!!!!! more

My experience was top notch. Called 5 minutes before I got to the marts station at the gap, waited 5 minutes. Dropped me off at the schocks station in 10 min. Fast courteous service. Less than $20.00 cab 84 was fist class!! more

i give it a 0 star, because of my personal experience. I needed to get to the martz Trailways in less than an hour, i called for a cab around 30-40 minutes, before 5:10 pm, and the driver called me at 5:05. I asked him for about 5 more minutes, and i came downstairs and no cab was there. So i called and this guy basically told me tuff luck, and hung up on me, multiple times. I lost my cool after the 3rd or 4th hang up. His job is to talk to people. He doesn't need to have this job to treat people less than human. He was disrespectful and didn't think twice of it. I am so upset that I could not catch this guys names, otherwise i would have put him on blast. I asked him 'can i speak to a manager?' his response was ""how can i help you?' All of the managers covered his story and did not care at all about me as the customer. Thank you so much for showing me that this service is not a service i would recommend to ANYONE. Thank you for taking time out to read my review its honest. more
