Westridge Builders and their professional staff made the building experience quite pleasant and enjoyable. Thats something I did not experience the first time we built. From start to finish the project was expedited very efficiently and the job was completed ahead of schedule. We're very satisfied with the quality of our new home, and the couple of minor issues we had were taken care of promptly. Its a hard decision when your going to spend the sum of money a new home costs and selecting the builder is what its all about. I would recommend Westridge and would use them again without question. more

The process of building a home is quite stressful, but the Westridge staff made it smooth & as effortless as possible. The entire staff was exceptional by providing valuable suggestions to our decisions, being flexible with scheduling, as well as being professional, honest, & reliable. We could not be happier with our Westridge Builders building experience. The company came highly recommended to us from several previous customers. Our goal was to build a house suitable for soon to be ""empty nesters"". Our lot is very unique and had extra challenges and restrictions. Carl Tomich (President) attended meetings with us and even assisted at the public hearing. Because of the limited building envelope we ended up with a custom (yet affordable) house which we love more every day. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, respectful, and supportive. The subs utilized by Westridge were also excellent. We can't say enough about the quality workmanship, honest communication, and thorough follow-through. We don't plan on building again, but if we did, we'd certainly use Westridge! more

In researching builders, we were impressed by quite a few in the Milwaukee area. When we met with the Westridge people the advice they gave put them over the top. We used a model of theirs, we made many changes and their suggestions were spot on. Now that we have been there 8 years, we have found that their workmanship stands out as being very good. The floor plan draws positive comments from visitors and overnight guests appreciate the planning that went into the house. We think their workmanship and their follow up was great, even working with Pella about a window after 8 years. more

I love my home and had the faith that Westridge would build a quality home. Even though it appeared beautiful inside, there were several problems that a new home should not have. There are numerous air leaks, foundational and construction problems that they refused to fix. Yes, they came out to appear that they are concerned and are going above an beyond but refused to fix the true problems because they realized the construction mistakes they made would be costly to fix. A simple example, ants were in my home a few months after move in. Instead of resolving the problem, they said sorry and caulked the inside where the ants where. I stated they should try to figure out how they got in from the outside in the first place to prevent a future occurence. They refused. This is only one of numerous issues, but they took my money and put together a home that I had saved up years to build and now it has to be torned down because of all the construction and foundational issues. All I want is my dream house I saved up all those years to have; instead received shoddy construction and I am out all my money and don't have anymore money to fix all the problems that if they paid more attention to detail and managed the construction, this would not have happened. more

This was our first time building a home and Westridge made the process very easy. They were very willing to work with us on customizing and changing floor plans and offered great suggestions. They went above and beyond for us and we really enjoyed working with the whole team. We love how everything came together. We live in a Westridge development in Men Falls and love the area and neighbors! more

We had a great building experience with Westridge Builders. They were very helpful throughout the entire build. Any delays to the build, were only becuase we sometimes were slow at making decisions. They were very upfront with any pricing. We greatly appreciated their suggestions and help with decorating. We love our Westridge home! more

Eight years ago we built a Life Home with Westridge. Their willingness to customize their floor plans allowed us to arrive at the right balance of cost and amenities without sacrificing durability. Three teenagers later the place looks as good as it did when we moved in. We could not have asked for more from the house or from the Westridge team. They were knowledgable, courteous and very responsive. They explained everything in advance, answered all our questions, and made sure we got everything we bought. Great follow through.\r \r With the kids off to school its time to think about downsizing and our first thought was to go back to Westridge. more

My wife and I suffered a total lose of our existing home some two years ago due to a fire. We needed to completely rebuild our home on the exact same foundation as before. After exhaustive research we settled on Westridge and are we glad we did. Right from the very start their people were extremely responsive to our needs and truly listened to what we had in mind as our concept for our new home. Their service during and after the build was excellent as well. We had never built a home before and heavily relied on thier expertise. The fact that we could visit their other spec homes was probably the most helpful of all. This gave us an opportunity to pick out everything from the exact paint colors to the cabinetry we wanted installed. They were also very fair and above board when it came to upgrades. They always opened up their book to us when ever we wanted to make a change. I would highly reccomend Westridge to anyone and already have. You will not find a better group of people to work with. more

What are stated standards is very exaggerated and dishonest, actual allowances allow for lowest end and everything needs to be upgraded, no one is around to manage the job, Brad in accounting (have heard this from numerous customers as with basically our entire experience) will add in additional costs and over charge anywhere and everywhere, extremely difficult to work with. They took money on draws for items that were not even in the contract, did not pay subs allowed liens on our property and lied everystep of the way. Their painter ruined our hardwood floors. They did not build our house specifically our garage to plan thus our cars do not even fit in the garage length wise. Horrible Horrible experience and when there is a problem they are extremely difficult and nonwilling to work with you. We had to hire out side professionals and consultants in order to prove our point that they were cutting corners and not doing a proper job at every step of the process. Everyone we have encounted who has built with they has the same if not worse stories. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES. Really look at their models as they over decorate to hide the poor construction. Custome cabinets are junk, we had to upgrade to their top of the line and pay thru the nose only to find out we got junk. Do your self a favor do not build with Westridge more

Base price only includes lowest quality items. All upgrades will be paid for thru the nose.\r Contractors are not detail oriented. Do not know what clean-up means. Pros: Sales people very honest. more
