First time to use Westgate. Terrible job. I still had bugs guts all over the front end of my car. The windshield had one swipe of the rag across the middle. They emptied out the entire contents of my console. Why?? None of their friggin business what's in there. But they didn't clean the cup holder. To me it looks like they were looking for something to steal! I won't go back. more

Great job, friendly staff!! And for the person that called the workers lazy...well they do wash cars all day long in the weather for a living. You bring your car in and sit in the AC while they clean your dirty car, so what part of that equals lazy? more

Lazy workers! 11/20/2010

Lazy workers! I repeatedly asked if my rear windows would be cleaned on the inside as I drive a vehicle with a 3rd row seat) would be cleaned. I was assured they would clean them. They were not cleaned. I also always have to have re-do the cup holders! Going back to Mr. Speedy for oil changes! more

Stolen items 7/26/2010

I work at westgate. We do a great job on your car. But I don't recomend leaving your things in there. I have seen other employees steel money, lighters, and even pills. My dad is the manager... They do a great job But you have to watch what u leave in your car or it will get taken by the employees. We were on our way to Oklahoma city and had change for the toll booths in our car and it was stolen. They took care of it when we called them and we got our money back. But I will never leave anything in my car again when I get them to do service on my car. more

Westgate care wash has always done a great job on cleaning my cars as well as my truck. The staff is very friendly and trustworthy. The store as well as the grounds are kept very clean. I will continue to use Westgate for my car washing needs. more

I just love Westgate, I have not had a bad experience with them in over 10 years. I have recently tried other car wash places, and oil change places, and I should never have strayed. I will be returning back to Westgate. Not only do they do good work, the price is reseasonable. more

It's hit or miss here 1/13/2009

Some times you get a wonderful job, but more times than not, if your honest, you won' t be pleased. I usually have to ask for something to be redone. more
