very bad experience 5/19/2011

VERY bad experience. Kept me waiting 6 1/2 hours.Not fixed AT ALL.. Charged me more than estimated. Kept my engine cover. Had to go back to get it. Went thru BBB to get refund, then had to wait almost 2 months after they agreed to send it. more

Happy Customer 8/6/2010

I personally had a good experience with this company. I had no appointment and yet they managed to squeeze me in and addressed every question I had about the repair. I had visited two other nearby companies and had quotes. I was surprised that for the same service /product this company was far cheaper. I noticed that a former review stated that this company was not a part of BBB. They should have checked better as I did because they are and have an A+ record currently. more

Satisfied long-term customer 8/4/2010

This establishment has been providing service for this family's high mileage vehicles for about ten years. Maintenance and repair visits have been numerous. All work has been completed satisfactorily. Repeatedly they have validated my trust that only necessary repairs are made. As a returning customer, my schedule has been accommodated whenever possible. Special effort to clearly communicate your needs is helpful. more

Excellent service 5/4/2009

I've been taking my car to Westfield Tire & Muffler ever since they opened. I have never had a problem with any service or repair. I have recommended them to countless others & everyone has been pleased to have a mechanic they feel they can trust.\r \r Owner Tim is always very personable even though the phone rings constantly & there are a lot of people coming in & out. more

disappointed customer 3/4/2008

The repair was to fix the smell of antifreeze coming through the heater. This repair shop claimed the engine needed $1700 worth of work, and so the bill was paid, thinking our car was fixed. Once the car was picked up and driven we noticed that the oil light was coming on. In conclusion, we discovered the car?s motor had been damaged during the repair. Shop refuses to fix damage to our satisfaction. Took the car to a local FORD dealership to have them look over the car and get there option. They told us that the shop for sure should be found responsible and that they should replace the motor of the vehicle. Also stated that if this had happened in their shop that is what they would do in this situation. Owner Tim is very shady and claims he is a saint. Take notice that this company is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau. That should have been our first clue! WATCH OUT for more then simple repairs from this business! more
