We bought a brand new Chevrolet Cavalier from Westfall. Our experience wasn't the smoothest one in the world! There was the usual "haggling" over the price - which we really didn't want to do. In the end, we got the price that we told the salesman right up front that we were willing to pay - it just took two hours of going back and forth to get that price. We've had a couple of issues with the vehicle. The BACK brakes needed an adjustment right away. I took it back to the dealer and waited over TWO HOURS for the mechanic to come out and tell me he had adjusted the FRONT brakes. "They didn't look too bad." he told me. "That's because it was the BACK brakes you were suppose to adjust." I let him know. I had to make another appointment and that time wait about an hour to get the back brakes done. Just a hassle!
