Western Auto

I have been using them for years, even though they are much higher than everyone else in town. I took my truck over there to have some side rails installed, and they charged me $40.00(which I thought was a good deal) but when I got back home and looked at it, they didn't use ANY of the new parts. They literally unscrewed 2 bolts and used the old brackets on the truck which aren't compatable with the new ones. I called them the next day and asked them why they used the old parts and he said because it was easier. I told him it wasn't done the right way and I either wanted it corrected or taken off and my money given back. He told me to even touch it again, it would cost $60.00. I've been using Western Auto since 2005, but I will never step back in there again. They are much higher than anyone else in town and are very dishonest. more

Great guys and great service. My car was leaking water in the floor board, Several shops told me it was the intake gasket and gave estimates of around $600. Western Auto came highly recommended from a friend. Took it to Western Auto and it wound being a hose under the intake. They fixed it and charged me about $300. I was prepared to pay $600 and would have never known any different had they charged me that. In this world of cheats and scandals, it is nice to know there are still honest people. more

Came here to get an oil change left there and my engine locked up and blew. They didnt even put oil in the car. I called them and they told me they always put oil in the car on oil change, sorry about your luck and hung up. Had to buy a new engine for my car. I do not recomend anyone who cares about their car to go here. Worst experience ever. more

Honest Reliable Service! My van had been in storage for a year...Spark plugs, tune-up, rad flush, brakes, new Cooper tires etc. done the day I made the appointment. Fast Friendly Service that made my van run like new at 125,000 miles Snowball's all wheel drive will get a great workout this winter. Thank You Eric and team! more

The gentlemen here are good Christians that take thier beliefs into thier business. They offer excellent servce without the hassle. Fair prices, that far beat the dealerships! We go here with any car issues and maintenance. more
