The manager at the University branch, was rude and unprofessional. She tried to force me into a high rate and when I said I would shop around she got nasty with me. I went to the Wells Fargo Whitesburg Dr. and Airport Rd. branch the next day and got a mortgage rate that was half what they would offer me at the University store. Do not do business here the manger is horrible!
