Lived in Lisle for 5 years. Almost every time I've been there they don't carry items I need which I would consider basic. Went today and again came away empty handed. Tried to buy $7 worth of merchandise and was told there was a $10 minimum to use my check card. That is against the TOS they signed with the CC companies. I've filed complaints against them with Visa, Master Card and Amex. It is also the last time I will shop at that store. more

Good neighborhood garden center 8/10/2005

Bruce's Ace Hardware is located in the heart of Lisle. It services the town with everything from garden needs to household items and much more. They are very friendly and open to give you advice on home projects. The employees are very knowledgeable. My son worked there for a few years and he learned a lot and was very happy with this company. more
