The elks lodge in Weehawken, New Jersey over looking the beautiful New York City skyline with large picture windows. was fully redone with all new windows, dance floor, bar, kitchen and is rentable for any occasion. I had my wedding there on march 14, 2010.
It was a wonderful success. The woman who runs the lodge along with some assistance, Cathy D made the experience a pleasure for everyone who attended. they had many idears and helped to have my tables decorated and chairs covered with white covers and peach ribbons and bows on each seat. I had an open barn for an additional cost for the entire evening of fun and entertainment. The size of the hall can probably support over a hundred guests. the staff is friendly and helpful. this hall should be made more public to improve attendance. Much less expensive then any banquet hall ive seen adn just as nice. without the high end prices. A local caterer did my food and what a fiest. A DJ mellow and music DJ with a full light system entertained everyone threw out the wedding, there staff was friendly and curtious, and very helpful. I recommend the Weehawken Lodge located at 50 st kennedy blvd. east in Weehawken, N.J. for any festive occasions.
