Weather Tamer

This company installed my metal roof in 2007. I had a home inspection done several years later and was advised my roof had been installed incorrectly. I called the company at that time and received no response. Fast forward to 2019 my roof was leaking. I called Weather Tamer-no response. I called a roofer and they came out and inspected and took pictures of all the poorly installed areas of my roof. They repaired several leaks at that time and no more leaks...for awhile. Fast forward to 2022...damage to outside of my home resulting from water from improperly installed roof. Roofer advised I need a new roof. I would never recommend this company to anyone after the experience I have had with them. more

We hired Weather Tamer to install a new $14,000 metal roof on our house. After they completed the new roof job we have had 3 years of leaking problems. They did send their crews back out a dozen times to stop the leaks in several different areas and they can't stop the leaking around new skylights , chimney and ridge vents. Now after 3 years and a dozen chances to fix it we had to hire another company to get it fixed right. We emailed copies of  the $5,000 fix to the owner Mike and asked them to reimburse us. They didn't even have respect enough to respond to our request. So after a few phone calls I did get the Owner Mike on the phone and he said he would not reimburse us. We now have no other choice but to take them to court for satisfaction which we have started the process. We found this company on Angies list and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. I would not recommend these people to my worst enemy. So now after giving them 3 years to fix it and $14,000 we have to take them to court for satisfaction. This has been a never ending nightmare for us and we hope that no one else gets screwed by them as we have. Brad and Connie Boone ,NC more
