Andy was absolutely incredible. Start to finish. I called Weather Master and Andy showed up in under an hour later to help with my plumbing issue. Very professional, very knowledgeable. He explained all of the possible issues it could be, and he started with the most likely. Luckily, it turned out to be exactly what he thought. If you want a great experience, give Weather Master a shot. Not sure if you can ask for Andy or not but if you can, you should. Thanks WM team and Andy. more

Brand New home AC unit not working 4/11/2021

Iggy and Juan came to my home on Saturday to provide emergency service on an AC unit only 6 months old. They were professional, worked hard -even in the rain and made sure the unit was functioning properly before they left. I was very pleased with their service. They came quickly and resolved my issue. more

This company way over-quoted me for a gas valve and a new hvac unit. They took advantage of the fact that I was a girl, alone, who didn't know anything about this type of stuff. The gas valve was quoted at triple what other companies offer it for and the hvac system was quoted at thousands more than other companies offer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. more

Great Tech!! 6/15/2020

Have had Weather Master HVAC taking care of my needs ever since the house was built. They have always been super responsive and understanding of the needs of the consumer. One of the zones stopped working and would not cool... not a good thing in the heat of the summer in North Carolina. Called and Jesus was the tech who came out and jumped right in trouble shooting the system and finding a controller that was shorted out, these things happened in time, He gave me a quote and replaced the controller and not its blowing super cold air the way that it should be. When we move to a new house, we will be bringing Weather Master HVAC with us to continue to take care of our heating and cooling needs!! more

When Brandon arrived he explained the list of plumbing issues he would be inspecting, and checked back with me as each one was completed. He noted a drain issue, explained what would be done, and completed the job efficiently. He answered questions thoroughly, and offered some helpful suggestions. Brandon did his job well, and was a good communicator with this client. more
