Waters Body Shop

My husband was coming home from work when a deer hit his car. The hood was terribly damaged. Waters Body Shop was able to locate a replacement in Northern Illinois, and the price was not so terrible. My husband thought it was reasonable, so that was good. They told us that we could pick it up ourselves to save a lot of money, and they gave us directions to make it easy for us. We had to go to Rockford, which is 4 hours from here, but it was worth it. We tied it to the top of our minivan on the carrier rack, and it all turned out fine. Waters Body Shop put it on and it fit perfect! It was just about a perfect match, so I felt like it was a good experience. We have had body work done with Waters Body Shop before, and they are always reasonably priced and they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Think they're an asset to the community. People who are blue-collar workers, like we are, will find them to be affordable. Let's face it, not everyone can afford a brand new car, and Waters Body Shop is the next best thing. Mrs. S. more

I've used Waters Body Shop before and I know that they do a thorough and beautiful job. This time, they were one of three places that the insurance recommended. It looked like a new car when I got it back! This time, they put a new hood on my car and painted most of the entire hood too. Waters Body Shop was very nice to deal with! more

The right fender on our van had been hit over in Cincinnati Valley. The valet parking guy brought it out of the parking lot and crashed it into the wall. Waters Body Shop did the work on that, and they did excellent work. Darrell Hinkle more

I went to Waters Body Shop for the first time recently. It was an insurance deal, I got backed into by another guy. My insurance company works with Waters, so I went there. Jeremy was able to fit me right in, in between our busy schedules, and my truck was ready in four days. It was really great! I think my truck looks perfect. Plus, he showed me the bill when he was done, and for all the work he did, it was not bad at all. I've recommended him to several people already and I'd definitely go back again if I need anything done! more

I had a little mishap with my car, where I accidentally backed up with the rear door open and it was pulled loose. I had already scheduled an appointment with my mechanic for a check-up, and when I told them about the accident they referred me to Waters Body Shop. Waters picked the car up from my home, and brought it back to me when they were done. They had it for about two weeks, in which time they replaced the door that was damaged, and repaired the front door that was attached in some way. It came back looking just fine. Waters is a local shop, and I think you can depend on them to do a good job for a reasonable amount of money. They offer a nice, personal service. more

Waters Body Shop repaired the bumper on my car and then washed and waxed it. They did a nice job, and I was very pleased. It was my first time using Waters Body Shop for this car, but we have used them in the past, and each time I have always been pleased. We keep returning to them when there is a need because they are very friendly and very helpful. We have been using them for a long time. They are also good about notifying us about what is going on. more
