Lived in many apts. in my life, but none were more over priced for what you get.
-The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. If you move here, make sure you pick a top floor unit. The staff does not care if you complain about noise. They just tell you to call the police.
-You can never find a parking spot. You have to park 100 yards away from your apartment.
-The club house is a joke.
-There is dog sh*t and dead grass everywhere.
Your better off finder a cheaper place. It will probably be quieter and cleaner.
