Our water heater went out at night which meant no hot water in the morning to take a shower before work. I took a very brief freezing cold shower and then called Water Heaters Only at 7am. They were able to come to my house between 9-12. My husband stayed home from work to take care of meeting with the tech. My husband raved about the service that John Fantham provided for us. Started the day with a water heater that would not send out hot water. Not a pretty picture having to warm up pots of water at 6:45am, but there you had me. Contacted Water Heaters Only and by 7:30am, I had made the appointment to replace water heater, that same day. Water heater specialist John showed up right on time, assessed the work and presented me with written quote for work order 1035431. Approved the estimate and he went to work, right there and then. Away went my problem water heater. I LOVE my new working water heater. I am glad that I did not put it off another day. more

FAST, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT SERVICE 2/21/2012

Fast, clean and efficient. No surprises regarding pricing. Water heater went out early this morning, called and set an appointment (Paul) around 9am. Tech (John?) arrived around 11:30am. We have used Water Heaters Only, Inc in the past and will call them the next time we need a water heater. We also love the fact that we can obtain the county permit directly through Water Heaters Only, Inc. We would probably still be waiting at the county office for a permit. Now it's all complete. I received a very reasonable approximate estimate by phone and set up an appt time to have a written estimate to replace my old leaking electric water heater. The technician John called within the 2 hour time frame and said he'd be here in 30 min. He answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable written quote. I accepted and he did a very good installation of a quality water heater in several hours. He cleaned up nicely and hauled all the old water heater parts off. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only! more

We had a problem with our rental home in Sacto. We went online \r and found Water Heaters Only & called them @9:30 PM. The following day they arrived about 1:45pm, called us and confirmed what was needed, gave they the ok and the job was done by 5:00 pm. All the people we dealt with were very friendly and professional. . Highly Recommend! more
