A+ Rating: My mother lives about 4 blocks away from Action Appliance when i called them early this morning because her washer was leaking everywhere thay wanted a outrages service call saying it was a emergency,gee thay had to drive by her place to get on the highways. So I stopped at her place but could not figure out why it was leaking. I called Washer Wizzards Service and was very happy to see you were available in less then a houre. The Owner I talked to sent a service man over right away. He was able to resolve our problem quickly and the total fee of $39.95 was great. I called Washer Wizzards to repair my Whirlpool upright washer and I was certainly not disappointed. The repair on my Washer turned out to be rather complicated and in his first visit he diagnosed the problem as being the circuit board, an expensive part. He ordered the part and scheduled time for the repair the next day. Later the day of the first visit, he called back and asked if he could stop back to check a couple more things. He had taken the time to consult with a college about the problem and wanted to run a few more diagnostics. He did return (no charge) to conduct the further testing to determine that it was indeed the circuit board. He returned the next day as scheduled and replaced the circuit board, fixing the problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill he presented. As is his policy, there is a first visit diagnostic charge that is deducted from the repair bill if you decide to repair. I had looked up the cost on the web for the circuit board and was surprised to see that James did not take a big mark up on the part and was very competitive with the on line pricing! There was no charge for the second diagnostic trip and the total bill was very reasonable. james is a professional who is very conscientious and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him for any appliance issues! more

This was the first time that I've had to have repair work done. He returned my call right away and then scheduled an appointment SAME DAY. I was worried about having a stranger in my place with the husband at work and a newborn at home, Then the cost of fixing my dryer. MY WORRIES DISAPEARD WHEN A WOMAN TECNICTION ARRIVED she found the problem right away and got it fixed and cleaned out my dryer vents. My dryer has not worked this well in about 8 years! I was thinking about get a new washer and dryer, but not anymore! If anything else breaks down, Im calling Washer Wizzards and requesting Leeann!, I HIGHLY recommend this company. more

I needed to find a refrigerator repair technician, so I looked here on the internet. Most of the reviews on Washer Wizzards were positive - and more importantly, I was very impressed with the honest response that Washer Wizzards posted in response to its ONE unfavorable review and that the company never serviced the unit in question compaired to hundreads of 5 star reviews..so I gave them a try. I called on a Monday, the technician was at the house the same day, and completely corrected the problem at that time. Moreover, this repair was for a rental property we own, and I was very pleased that Washer Wizzards not only called me to review the charges before proceeding with the work, but they worked with our tenants to pick a good time for the service call. All in all, I was extremely impressed and will definitely use them in the future for appliance repair work! more

Washer Wizzards arrived on time, which is huge for me! Not only that, I found them to be very knowledgeable, and the speed and accuracy that the repair was performed was amazing! When they left, you would never know they were there, that is how clean they were! I checked, and the price they gave me with the compleated repair was less then I would have had to pay with Action Appliance for the service call. I definately will use them again! Thank you! more

My Refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling a few days ago. After calling around and dealing with several companies with rude and insensitive companys and high service call fees I finally called Washer Wizzards expecting the same from them. They definitely proved me wrong. From the moment I called I was on the defensive side. The OWNER explained the service call and how they worked. They had the most reasonable service call fee and flat rate repair pricing. I informed the OWNER that I would more than likely be calling back to schedule in service but that I would like to shop around a bit more. I proceeded to log onto the internet to check their legitimacy as well as see their ratings. After seeing that they had the highest rating by angies list and service magic ,I had my mind made up. I called back and scheduled an appointment. The FEMALE TECNITION gave a courtesy call, was on-time, clean, nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was given a quote for the repair and my refrigerator was fixed the same day. Most importantly the part and labor have a warranty. more
