I wish he could be my primary care physician. I have never met a doctor who cares for their patients like Dr. Bienia. When I went for my initial x-ray, cleaning, etc., Dr. Bienia asked me if I was having any problems with my mouth that they could help with. I told him about my TMJ (really painful jaw problems). He gave me several tips on what to do, he walked me to the check-out desk, had one of his staff find a specialist for me complete with address phone number and map. He waited with me while I called my doctors office, and then he talked to the nurse, and the doctor to make sure he could prescribe antibiotics for me. I went back today for half of the work, and he pulled one of my teeth. I have never had this done before, and I didn't know what to expect. He pulled it without me even knowing!!! He made me feel comfortable, made sure I was numb, he took breaks and talked me through a few near panic attacks (I have an anxiety disorder) he really was amazing. I have to say the staff are wonderful as well, they are so friendly, and they seem to understand that you have a hectic life, they call to remind you twice, days apart, and they have no problem rescheduling, and the scheduling nurse was so patient and sweet also. I just can't say enough about this dentist. I have never had a doctor treat me the way that he did, professional, caring, taking the time to walk me to the scheduling desk and talk to my primary care physician. He should really give all the doctors in Fayetteville lessons! Thank you Dr. Bienia! Even though I am in pain right now I can honestly say it's nothing compared to the pain I have had in the past. Not only did you fix my teeth, but you made my TMJ bearable so I can enjoy the time I spend with my family instead of trying to hide the winces of pain. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!
