The dealership team lead gave me a very fair offer on my trade-in. The detailers were extremely courteous and excited to get my new vehicle cleaned up and detailed despite it being a holiday. I was impressed with the amenities and my son loved the fresh-popped popcorn. I was able to go in and not feel like I was having to make all the decisions alone. Once I advised the sales representative that I was trying to get the best deal without the hassle he stepped up and began telling me of the scenarios that would allow me to walk away with a new, reliable car and the best possible results. more

Mike Rosett and Walser Nissan are a great combination 1/22/2014

We just bought our second Murano. Mike Rosett was a great help in getting us a good trade. He was very willing to spend time answering questions and showing us new features. Mike is a completely no pressure guy! Go see him! You will not find a better resource anywhere. more

Pleasant Buying experience 10/14/2013

Joe Lesniak and Dan Ganzer are to great sales specialist in which I had a pleasant experience buying a car from this weekend. I bought a 370z from Walser. However, I wasn't able to see the car in person throughout the negotiations because I live in Chicago. The guys worked with me over the course of a week over the phone and were able to meet my demands any request to have some additional options added to vehicle in relatively short time. When I finally picked up my car this weekend, it superseded my expectations. They also gave me a fair offer on my trade in considering they hadn't seen the car in person. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience buying from these guys....thanks again Joe and Dan. more

Walser rolls out the red carpet for their customers 1/22/2013

My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. We had been looking for a car since this past summer. We met with Diego several times and drove various Nissan models. We never felt pressured by Diego to purchase. He spent several hours with us explaining all of the various features of the different models so that we could make the best decision for us and our needs. He would call or email us occassionally to see how we were doing or to let us know of the specials that the dealership was running. We trust Diego completely and will definetly purchase our car from him. We also had interactions with his team lead, Kristin, and she was always helpful when were there. We feel like they roll out the red carpet for us when we come to Walser. I wish more places were like this. They put the needs of their customers ahead of simply making a sale which in turn has made us customers for life. more

Wonderful Experience 12/28/2012

I thought the customer service and buying experience at Walser was awesome. This was the second car that I have purchased from Walser Nissan, however the first one I had ever leased. Jason Lyles was great to work with, very information driven and well educated on both Nissan and the Lease program. His customer service was great, btinging the car to me to both test drive and then delivering the car to my door the day I purchased! Stacy Lundberg provided excellent customer service. She was always available to answer my questions if Jason wasn't available and provided answers to my questions on the spot. She has a fantastic knowledge of Nissan's leasing program and is a huge advocate of Walser Nissan. more

Great Help...Go Larry! 10/8/2012

I bought a new iPhone and on a whim called my dealership to see if I could swing by and they would help me set it up with my car. I got Larry Rowe on the phone and he told me to come on in and they would help me. When I got there the "tech" guy that knows a lot about it was busy so Larry offered to try and help me while I waited and it was done in minutes! Go Larry! I really appreciated the last minute help and that I didn't have to go digging through my manual to try and figure it out on my own. more
