Purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and was very suprised how relaxed yet professional the whole process was conducted. We were treated with repspect from the moment we arrived at the dealership. No pressure on anything. Questions were answered honestly with no pressure to take a test drive, make a committment or "low ball" or vehicle trade. Our salesman was Dylan Regan and we would recommend him to anyone looking for the best possible experience when shopping for a car. The bonus for our purchase was the lifetime vehicle warranty on the powertrain. Doesn't get much easier and relaxed than that. After this experience, I wont shop anywhere else. more

I bought my first car at Walser Mazda and had a great experience working with the staff. Being a first time buyer, I wasn't sure about what to expect but Taylor worked with me and really took the extra time to answer all of my questions. She knows what she's doing and by the time I knew it, I had my keys and was the proud owner of a Mazda 3! The best thing about my experience, was that all of the paperwork was taken care of right away and I felt like I was in control of my decisions--with no added pressures to make a purchase. Robert Rasmus made our experience of purchasing our new car (OK, it was pre-owned, but new for us and our 1st car purchase in 11 years!) very satisfying. He was friendly, helpful and showed the cars and his dealership in a very professional manner. We felt we were working with a person who was there to help us(not there to pressure us) and to guarantee that we left with the car we wanted and not just something that we settled for. I stopped into Walser Mazda after getting a call about a good deal on a new Mazda 3 hatch in manual, and ended up talking to Jason Lyles. He asked if I wanted to test drive the car, and I told him up front that I had next to no experience driving stick. In a true gesture of kindness he offered to take me to a nearby lot and help me get the hang of it. Out at the lot I didn't do too badly, but when I left the lot and came up to a big intersection, I lost my nerve and stalled the car several times. Jason opted to take over, and we made our way back to the dealership. Even though the experience of stalling the car was personally negative, Jason was courteous, helpful, and patient, and made the experience a positive one overall. I didn't end up buying a car from Jason (I had visited Morrie's first and wanted to give them the chance to match the deal, which they did), but despite that I feel like he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. If you're going to Walser, ask for Jason! more

Good: No price hassles, direct answers to our questions. No pressure to "close the deal" the same day we were shopping and test driving vehicles. Everyone was very helpful.. Bad: Nothing stands out.. Improvements: Everything went smoothly.. Other: Our sales specialist was Nathan Anderson. From the beginning of our shopping experience to the close of the sale he was very professional. When we finally decided on the CRX 9, but there were none in the colors we wanted in Burnsville, he searched other dealers and located the Dolphine Grey vehicle we purchased. Good: After having our only 2 vehicles breakdown on us in 2 consecutive days. I have to commend both the service and sales departments at Walser Mazda. Mike McGee and Taylor Phillips were who we worked with and they were both extremely knowledgeable and sensitive to what my husband and I had been through in the last 2 days! We were intereste in looking at SUV's so while the car was being looked at to determine what was wrong with it we test drove a CX7 with Taylor. After the test drive we found out that the car's. Bad: engine that was in the service department was shot. I loved the CX7 so we decided to buy it. Our experience with Taylor was so stress free that we decided to look at the used vehicles with her as well, my husband found a vehicle that he was interested in so we decided to buy the Tundra too. We knew it would be a few hours to process the transactions but she made it fun, relaxing and in a nutshell painless. She was very thorough and made sure that everything was set up and running before we left the lot.. Improvements: The service department was also very thorough and will be replacing the engine in the vehicle we brought in. The experience that we had at Walser Mazda was unbelievable and I would recommend anyone to go there, not only for the superb sales experience but also the excellent service we received from the service department. I would also like to make note of Sal in the Finance department, he explained all of the paperwork and the process was very simple.. In general, my wife having purchased a Honda Civic at Walser Honda, and now, having purchased a Mazda 3 at Walser Mazda, I can honestly say they do a wonderful job in finding the right car for you. And even after the purchase, they do a great job getting you accustomed to your new car.
