We have been taking our Volvos here since shortly after they opened. As a matter of fact they are the reason we continue to drive Volvos. The prices are VERY competitive compared to the dealer. Thay offer free loaner cars with an appointment and throw in a complimentary car wash. They have always been friendly and courteous to us. more

BAD BUSINESS ATTITUDE 1/5/2011

When you take your car to an automotive facility, you expect friendly service team members to greet you. This place, on the contrary, is very rude and ignorant of your needs. Not once did the manager come out of his chair or phone to talk to me. Good luck with obtaining good customer service or repairs from this STUCK UP business! DO NOT GO THERE. more
