The doctors are really fabulous -- they are very polite, attentive and knowledgeable. I really like the way they take the time to listen to you and also advise you on how to proceed. I like to take a more natural approach where it makes sense and have always appreciated the way the doctors do NOT push drugs just to make you feel better when the research suggests that the drugs won't work. I've also found that the doctors stay current with the latest research and are not afraid to adjust. One last note with the doctors -- they always call back to answer even the smallest concern; I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes on a weekend to have a doctor call me back.\r \r As for the office in general, you will wait, more than I think you should when you've been punctual. It's very often a 15-25 minute wait in the waiting area, and then ANOTHER 15-25 minutes in the exam room after the nurse has left. This is a really long time for a young child, and even longer with a crying toddler.\r \r We've stayed with them because of the doctor's and their treatment philosophy, but the wait is trying, very trying. more

We were very careful about choosing a practice when our first daughter was born in 2008... after checking out a few we decided on Trappe and are sooo happy that we did. Every doctor is wonderful. They never rush you and answer all your questions. You are going to wait at any doctor's office.... I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes. With my newborn they get me back right away. Another positive is the speed at which they return phone calls. If I leave a message on nurse's line... no matter how silly the question seems... they call me back within a half hour at most. If it is not office hours and the on call doctor has to call me back it is never more than 10 minutes. They are very sincere and don't ONLY give the textbook answer! GIVE THEM A TRY! We wouldn't go anywhere else! more

The Doctors are great! But don't expect to get to see any of them on time. I have never been late for an appointment, but have always waited at least 15 to 25 minutes after my scheduled time to even be taken back to be seen. That is a long time to wait with small children! We moved out of the area and I had requested to have our records transferred, paid my transfer fee and expected it would be taken care of in a timely manor. Boy was I wrong. That was in October and it is now June and our new doctor still has not received my childrens records. I have made phone calls and nothing seems to get it done. So if your time is not important to you and you don't mind waiting for EVERYTHING, this is the office for you, if not, look elsewhere. more

Dr. Brogan and his staff are caring, thorough and knowledgeable. They have helped me at a moment's notice and have not kept me waiting long. They are excellent with my kids . . . they WANT to go to the doctor! Pros: kid friendly, knowledgeable, sensitive to needs more
