I Applaud Vita Dental 10/7/2013

This dental office is great for the whole family. I initially went for a broken tooth for myself and they fixed it up quickly and painlessly. I brought my kids in for a checkup. The staff and dentists were friendly and made my kids feel at ease. I never felt like I was being rushed and they spent plenty of time taking care of me and my family. more

How Dentistry Should be 6/28/2013

These guys provide dental services in the way every dentist should. Great staff and attitude. Doctors have always been patient and caring towards me. They called me after each procedure to check on me. I love this place. more

Great Job 2/6/2013

I cannot say enough praise for the work the staff and dentist put into my teeth that I neglected for too many years. I was referred by my neighbor who insisted I give them a try to address a nagging tooth issue that was keeping me up at night. They got me out of pain the first visit and I returned for follow up visits to fix the other issues I had and have a cleaning. This office has restored my faith that I do not have to be terrified emotionally or financially to keep my mouth in one piece. more

The dentists gave me and my family the most thorough dental exam I have had in my 34 years of going to the dentist. I felt like a VIP with the hygienists and doctors care and focus. more

Wonderful Visit 12/26/2012

First appointment with Dr. Shaftel went wonderfully. Beautiful modern office is welcoming. Staff was courteous and kind. Most complete dental exam I have ever had. Doctor went out of his way to go over and explain about some concerns he has with some of my teeth. I have already set up appointment to return to start getting my mouth back to where it should be. more

Very Impressed 8/21/2011

I initially saw Dr. Shaftel to fix a tooth that my previous dentist screwed up. Dr. Shaftel's office got me in the next day. He concentrated the first appointment on getting my pain resolved yet saved the tooth. I have been going back several times since to have my other dental problems addressed. Very comprehensive look at my gums, bite, and teeth. He has me call him by his first name and I feel a trust with what he is doing. Recomended to my friends and family. more

I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE DENTIST IN 4 YEARS. I HAVE HAD SOME BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST SO I AVOID DENTISTS LIKE THE PLAGUE. ONE OF MY FRONT TEETH CRACKED IN HALF AFTER EATING A PIECE OF CHICKEN SALAD WITH A BONE IT IN. DR. SHAFTEL WAS COMPASIONATE AND CARING AND SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND THE EMBARRESMENT I WAS IN WITH A PIRATE TOOTH IN THE FRONT OF MY FACE. HE SQUEEZED ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND FIXED ME UP THE SAME DAY I CAME IN WITH A GORGEOUS PORCELAIN CROWN. COULDNT THANK HIM ENOUGH! more

First Impression 4/24/2011

I had a dental emergency and my dentist was conviently out of town and I needed help. I found Dr. Shaftel on the internet on a Sunday night and gave the office a call. The dentist returned my call in about 10 minutes and made suggestions of what I could take to ease my pain overnight and made an appointment for me the next morning at 7. I was impressed with the staff and the treatment I received. I also like the fact that there is always a dentist on call and they do not disappear on vacation!!!!! more

Impressed 4/22/2011

Came into office for an initial exam after my former dentist retired. I was used to my dentist and his office but did not realize how outdated his office was compared to Dr. Shaftels. Staff was friendly and doctor was understanding of my situation and pointed out some dental needs that were looked over by my old dentist. Very thorough and nice. Lisa Hamilton, OH more

Soo Nice! 3/7/2011

I bought a groupon for whitening. I have a current dentist that I have been seeing since I was a kid but he is old school and only open 3 days a week. I went in for whitening and office is refreshing, clean, staff and dentist were overly accomodating so much that they squeezed me in the whitening because I am having a engagement photo taken in two days. On the way out I already set up appointment to return for my cleaning. more

Worst Dental Exp. in my life!!!! 2/22/2011

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was in an assembly line of patients. All they cared about was payment payment payment. The X-Ray tech ignored my comments. The Dr. forgot to look at one of the teeth bothering me and had to be reminded. He did not come back and talk to me but had the receptionist do it and all she talked about was the payment. I was told the services could be done that day but they wanted to put me off. I had taken off work and so had my husband. Again, the Dr. did not come talk to me. I felt they did not care about me at all!! more
