Visible Changes is a terriffic salon and so convenient with it being in the mall. Everyone there is so professional and friendly! Rachel Jones cuts my hair and does a great job! S. Visco has been highlighting my hair for about 2 years and I am super happy! I always leave feeling totally refreshed and pleased! My daughter came in for Rachel to do her hair for prom and it was AMAZING! I have tried to upload a pic but wasn't able to....which is a shame because words can't do it justice but, to say the least, her hair was complimented by all! Even the shampoo techs are great! I have been coming to Rachel for over 20 yrs and has been to this day still the best hairdresser!!!I I HAVE ONLY STEARED AWAY ONE TIME, while she was gone on medical leave..Will never do that again since Rachel had to fix it when she came back.....All I Have to say is visble changes great place to go,my friends and family also see Rachel as well!!!Always has a smile on her face ,very proffessional,makes sure I'm taken care of with a special hot towel massage and always trying to change my look whether I want to or not . worh the wait at times!!!!!!!!! This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. I grew up going to Visible Changes. My mom, sister and I all went to visible changes. That is until they ruined my wedding day. I talked about my wedding day hair with my hair dresser ever since I started college. Finally the day had come! My mother got her hair done earlier that day and confirmed with my hair dresser that she was doing my hair that evening. As my air brush make up was being applied Visible Changes calls me saying they need to bump me back 30 minutes. Not to mention my sister was her next appointment so that would bump her back 30 minutes. Yikes, it went downhill from there! They didn't double book me, the apt before me was really for an up-do. The lady I had been going to all of my life could have said no, I can't do this I have Rachel's wedding hair next and I won't have enough time. Nope, that didn't happen. She took the job and made me wait. Wait on my wedding day! Everyone knows you are a schedule the day of your wedding! I was furious and extremely disappointed. Of course I was emotional. I had to remove my fake eyelashes from crying and re-apply makeup because the tears ruined the air brush make up I just paid for. As a picky woman i used to search the best place to do something in my hair. \r \r Was the first time ever there and here in the US, so I went through a recomandation from a friend.\r \r I went with Maria for color and I show her a picture of Jennifer Aniston and I said, i want the same hair color...She ask me some questions about my hair and with calm she start to explain me what she was doing in my hair and I was pleased. She was really nice with me.\r \r Then when she finished with the color and everything I had a haircut with Diana Barragan, she was so nice, and just with one picture she knew what to do with my hair...when she finished i was amazed my hair really is as I ask for color and for cut!!! OMG! Decided it was time for a change and did I get it. My hair was to the middle of my back and now...WOW! All I have to say is Rachel (creative director) and Sergio( color specialist )are the two most awesome people. Rachel gave me a short bob style cut and Sergio colored my hair perfect. So, I came down from Katy to get a hair cut. Of course, my hair was at mid back, so I was having a difficult time deciding wheather or not i should cut it..so I went for it. I had it cut by a wonderful girl name Crystal. Let me just say : ""WHATS UP CRYSTAL!"" I had it cut by her and now it's inbetween my chin and shoulders. She made it look wonderful. My boyfriend was a witness of it and he loved it. Let me just recall what i said to her: ""Im going to cry now"". If i could I would post a picture of me as well. The place was wonderful, clean, I loved it. I will definitly recomment this place and Crystal to anyone who would want to get a proffesional hair cut. Thanks A LOT! more

I have been going to VS in Humble for over 5 years and absolutely love it! Sergio does an amazing job and is a very talented colorist. Jeanette Miller, master stylist, knows what she is doing and I can go to her with something totally new and she pulls it off every time! Worth every penny... I would recommend these two to anyone! I have been going to Visible Changes for too many years to remember and have had many colorists, but Arthur takes the cake. Not only does he do an excellent job with my hair, but he remembers his clients. Considering the number of clients he has, that is an awesome job. Arthur can perk you up while making you look beautiful. I think he is the best in the business! He always asks what you want and then he does it, perfectly just like a magician.
