Suxianne and Courtney (colorist) were amazing as usual. We tried highlighting my daughter's hair to get the purple out of it and low and behold it turned hot pink. Not quite what we were looking for, but as always we put our heads together and came up with the perfect solution. Eriela is the BEST!!!!! She is always in a great mood and makes the haircut experience a BLAST for me. She has been cutting mine and my families hair for years. We followed her to every Visible Changes that she has worked at and are really pleased she is in The Woodlands. I think you should give her a raise. I have been going to Visible Changes in the Woodlands for several years. In the past 2 years, Eriela has been cutting and styling my hair. I can not say enough great things about her. She is always delightful and does such a great job. She really listens to what I want done. While she is cutting my hair, we are always catching up on one anothers family, jobs, and general stuff. I think Visible Changes has a great asset with Eriela. Cons: Eriela's station location and person making the appointments could be nicer more

Took my 12 year old to get her hair layered & Suxianne commenced to complaining about her hair, complaining about what shes not doing & when my daughter told what she wanted done, ""Sux""ianne said ""I'm not going to do it, I just won't do it, the combination of things you want done is the worst"", its not her hair & I'm the PAYING customer....MAKE SURE YOU NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY HER. My daughter is 12 & she doesn't know about taking care of her hair yet, this so-called hair stylist should've have RECOMMENDED advice but instead she was rude. Instead of causing a scene, I didn't tip her & posted this complaint. Pros: CLOSE BY Cons: PARKING, OPERATOR TELLS YOU THE HAIRCUTTERS LEVEL WHICH MEANS NOTHING TO ME! more

I always get the best service from Ruth. She has been my stylists 4 years now and its always a joy to see her. She alwys help me to decide what is the best look for my age. And I always look younger. The place is a great outgoing atmosphere and I highyl recommend this place to get a haircut. Pros: Employees are always smiling and freindly more

Ok, first of all the girls at the check in counter have major attitude for no apparent reason. After I waited 15 minutes (and I'd had an apointment) I had my color done. I asked for warming up of my blonde highlights- I now have dark black and honey striped hair. NOT amused. Then after my shampooing I was supposed to get my hair cut. I was told it would be a 35 minute wait- while i sat there with soaking wet head! They finally agreed to have someone else cut my hair- but she was apparently angry to have to do so and was rude and cut off more than I asked for. It looks like my little sister cut it. Then when I went to check out the colorist had added 4 hair products to my ticket that I did not ask for. When I asked her what they were she said snidely ""remember we talked about this during your coloring?"" Um- yes I remember her telling me about them- I do not remember saying I wanted to buy them- in fact I didn't say anything like that at all. This was one of the worst hair experiences I've ever had. SO not worth the money. I'm warning people because I am new to the area and tried to find reviews to this place before I went and could not. Stephanie is great with coloring and Ruth is amazing at cutting curly hair (a rare find!) I don't live in the Woodlands but will drive 40 minutes to go back to them!! more

Very good salon. Loved Linda and Diana. Linda is very personable, bubbly and always cheerful. I can say the same about Diana, the stylist. Linda is a master colorist. I live in a small town and drive 3 hours for them to do my hair. I love the highlights every single time! They know what they are doing! more
