Oil Change & tire rotation 4/7/2014

Employees are friendly and attentive and kept me informed of what was happening with the service and how long it would take. The shuttle driver was very entertaining as well. Although my intention was only an oil change and tire rotation, other problems were found and fixed as quickly as possible. more

Prompt and honest assessement 4/6/2014

My wife's car battery charge ran out due to interior lights being left on. VTA checked the battery and put a slow charge on it, and it came back to life at a minimal expense. (other places would have tried to sell me a new battery!) more

Virginia tire and autois the greatest place to take your car repairs that's around. They are always honest and fair and upfront about pricing before they do anything they also are great about accepting competitor coupons and their own coupons. This is the only place that I take my car for maintenance and/or repairs. more

Came in for an oil change, was advised it would take 45 mins. Was out in about 25 mins. Very pleased. more
