The staff of the Villaggio is the most talented and professional group I have encounted at any of the salons and spas I have visited in Indy. No matter what service you choose at Villaggio this team will provide you with quality service that is second to none. I highly recommend Villaggio to all my friends and family. Best Customer Service at any Spa in Town 1/11/2007

Many of the spa's in town are to upity!! This spa welcomes all types of customers with warm arms always! It is always pleasant to walk into a spa where they want you there and are happy and ready to serve you! Villaggio is above all the rest and it is going to take alot to top them (if its possible). If you get a chance please go take a tour (at least) the front desk girls will be happy to help you...they are so NICE!!!! Pros: Awsome employees, beautiful place to go, great customer service. Cons: getting an appointment with out waiting for an opening. more

I have traveled all over and this spa rivals some of the top notch in 5 star resorts. 1/11/2007

Villiggio rivals spa's at 5 star resorts only it is close to home and the staff is unpretencious. Services are cutting edge for a day spa and they have alligned themselves with a plastic surgeon and other services to provide a strong list of items anyone would want. The facility is clean and the staff is curteous and more than willing to help you understand what the procedures are--no need to fear asking about a skin, makeup, or other issue. I highly recommend this place and for all the others I have been to on the north side and downtown-this is my new favorite hands down. more

Best day spa and beauty salon in the Indianapolis area. 1/10/2007

Villagio Day Spa loacted on the far northeast side of Indianapolis (Fishers area) is by far the best day spa that I have ever been to locally. I love the service and the overall feel of the space. The hair stylist that maintains my hair (Donna, she's GREAT!) is such a joy to be around and really enjoys her job. Not only is the spa great, but the extras that come along with being a client, like the complimentary beverages and the special (free!) seminars. Overall, Villagio Day Spa is an oasis for anyone who craves luxury, enjoys being pampered, and appreaciates a professional and courteous staff would like to go. Pros: Great staff, contemporary decor, and great perks. Cons: Parking is sometimes difficult. more

Full service salon with great individual attention 1/9/2007

Villagio Day Spa offers all the services one would want in spa/salon. They offer a peaceful relaxation room and the staff is very accomodating. I used to go to several different spas/salons to accomodate my tastes, and needs. I have found Villagio is the place to go to fulfill all services. Their atmosphere is top quality, and the prices are competitive, if not better than most. Pros: convience, quality and cost Cons: Lots of new staff more

Best Massage anywhere, very relaxing 1/9/2007

From the time I walked into the spa, my whole body felt more relaxed. Everything is high class with beautiful dressing rooms and your choice of beverages. The massage is magnificent. It took every tense feeling out of my body and I felt it was a little piece of heaven. I felt relaxed for days. Pros: Easy access, relaxing atmosphere more

I abolsutely LOVE Villagio and have recommended it to many of my friends and neighbors. The service is great and the staff has always been exceptional. Their relaxation room is wonderful - the only drawback is that you eventually have to leave!!\r I've also taken my children to have their haircut there as well for a wedding they were a part of in Chicago. The stylist listened to what I was looking for and did a great job of pleasing us all. They were also able to get us in at the last minute and the price was very reasonable considering they were having their hair cut in a ""Spa"" - I had previously paid $25 each at another salon for cuts that weren't nearly as good - I believe Villagio ran $15 each which I feel is much more appropriate for a child's haircut.\r \r Check them out when you have a chance - you won't be disappointed. Best place to relax and refresh 1/8/2007

I've gone to Villagio for a pedi, mani, facil and massage. It was a very relaxing experince. The staff was very professional and made sure that my experince was great. I really like the compilentary beverage bar and the complimentary snacks between services. I hgihly recommend tak ing advantage of this fabuous experince. more

Villaggio Day Spa is an incredible spa with a very professional staff. I came in for a massage a few months ago and I was treated with the greatest respect. From the very first moment I entered into the spa I instantly felt comfortable. The girls at the front greeted me with a smile and welcomed me, trying to accommodate my needs as best as possible. The beautiful atmosphere set the mood for relaxation. The massage itself was phenomenal and I left in such relaxation that I could barely drive home. I have had many services at Villaggio, including hair, nails, facials, massages and body wraps. Every service I have ever received there has been incredible. Not only is the service great, but the employees make the experience much better. They are very professional and strive to make your experience memorable. Great salon services 1/8/2007

I have been a client of Villaggio since it first opened. I have had several different hair stylist and they all have been terrific! I have also had awesome manicures. I really enjoy the atmosphere, friendly staff, and the extras that the spa offers. I will continue to give Villaggio my business, as I find that they far exceed the other local spas and salons. Relaxing, calming atmosphere & friendly service 1/8/2007

The Villagio is a relaxing place. The atmosphere is serene. I like the quiet that greets me when I enter. I also like the relaxation room. It's comfortable and welcoming with its treats & beverages. I've had good experiences with the hair salon, and I'm very picky. I had never had my eyebrows waxed until I came here. Heather is so friendly and makes me feel at ease. The manicures I've had there have lasted almost three weeks!! I've also received a couple of gift certificates. Going to the Villagio is a special treat that I look forward to. It makes me feel pampered. Pros: Calming atmosphere. The ambience is terrific! more

Friendly Staff and Relaxing Environment. 1/8/2007

I've always had a good experience at Villagio. Staff is friendly and not at all snooty which is greatly appreciated. I've tried and not returned to several Indianapolis day spas because of the bad attitude of the staff. Please bring back the brownies. It reminds me of the Bliss Spas and another element that sets you apart from the pack of day spas in Indianapolis. Pros: ambience, staff friendlisness, great massages Cons: bring back the brownies, eye masks during massages are sometimes missing more

Top 5 things I like about Villaggio Day Spa: Friendly staff are never snooty; Epicuren facial( I get one monthly); Beautiful decor- especially the waterfall wall in the lobby; Champagne on Saturday (yes, please)\r Open until 8pm during the week so I can relax after work; Also, I can recommend Kathleen, Cheryl, Michael, Amber or Karrie for massage. Did I mention that everyone is nice? I always feel like they are happy to see me. I guess that's why I keep coming back to Villaggio Pros: clean, relaxing, friendly Cons: Saturdays get booked up fast so plan ahead more
