I just have to write about the service and flowers at VTVF in Shepherdstown. I have been using this florist for years for birthdays, Mother's Day and funerals. I must say, without a doubt, the flower arrangements are breathtaking. My uncle recently passed away and I ordered a classic red & white carnation arrangement for his memorial service. The arrangement was not only breathtaking, it was among the fullest and most vivid arrangements at the service. The white on the carnations was so bright...very SNOWY and the red, so vivid...they almost looked like velvet carnations. It comforted my Mom and I to see such a beautiful arrangement as a tribute to my Uncle. Not only did the florist arrange such a beautiful display, he was very caring during this difficult time. I told him what I definitely wanted in the arrangement and got what I ordered and then some...as always!! I will not trust any other florist in the area with my floral needs.\r
