While the customer service was okay, I think it was mainly just to create a front for poor service. I had to take my car in multiple times to fix the same problem that was already...

I've taken 3 different cars here, and they've been able to work on all of them, without any problem. Everyone that works here is really friendly. A few guys even know me by name, so it makes it that much nicer when I come in. They are up front about the costs and tell you what needs to be done with your car. They work with you on pricing, and give student discounts. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in SLO. more

My experience at Villa Automotive was tremendous! I had a number of mechanical items attended to and a significant amount of paintwork completed by Villa last week. The staff is super accomodating and friendly, and the work was impecable! I am so pleased with the paint finish... as John Villa said, the finish came out looking like a ""show car"", and it truly does! Villa shop hours allowed me to drop off and pick up after normal business hours at most shops, they provided transportation back to my house when I dropped it off, and they supported emerging work items (like the failed digital speedometer that required a specialist in LA to repair) all with no problems... And, perhaps most importantly, the pricing for everything I had done was much better than expected. more

Villa's and other automotive mechanics and body shops have taken care of my cars and my fleet of trucks for over 10 years. Villas has consistently provided the best level of service out of any automotive repair company that I've ever dealt with BAR NONE! They keep you informed throughout the repair process. They are honest and fair, and they work hard to get you back on the road with a sense of urgency. Today I picked up my car that had some body work. It looked beautiful once again! Villa's also detailed my car for free inside and out better than it's ever been done professionally before. That was not expected....so they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what you would receive from a traditional automotive service center. I have and will continue to recommend Villa's\r to anyone who needs mechanical or bodywork on their vehicle. more

You get great service and customer support at Villa Auto 7/9/2011

I love Villa Automotive. They do all my smog's and other service that I cannot do. They provide good old fashioned personal customer service and is a family owned business. John Villa helped us out with an insurance claim getting my insurance company to be fair. Eric behind the counter is very detail oriented. My Son and Daughter both took auto shop classes from Gary Villa. Their rates are reasonable and they do quality work. They also provide Military and Student discounts. more

Students Beware 9/3/2010

While the customer service was okay, I think it was mainly just to create a front for poor service. I had to take my car in multiple times to fix the same problem that was already overpriced to begin with. A month later the problem came back but because it wasn't under warranty I took my business elsewhere. Look elsewhere at all costs more

Window Broken 12/18/2008

I got my window broken recently and the worker who helped me was very attentive and friendly. He was aware of my time constraints and tried to get everything done as efficiently as possible. more

Rip Off 8/11/2008

I bought a radiator from Villa just three years ago. Villa did not replace the thermostat. Now the radiator sprung a leak at the top seam. Villa does not give a lifetime guarantee, or any guarantee on their radiators. At $350.00, that would be $120.50 a year. They overcharged on the radiator at $212.95. All mechanics in SLO overcharge. \r Go to Paso Robles Radiator. more
