My experience with Lou at Vic Canever was great. He showed me how all the gadgets inside and outside of the car worked. Even set up my bluetooth for me. I would recommend everyone to buy a car from Vic Canever Chevrolet. more

Poor Service Department 5/2/2011

Took my Cruze in twice for poor fuel economy. The first time they claimed to get reasonable mpg. However, they would never drive the car with me in it to prove their findings. I wonder if they were going down a hill! They told me to bring it back after 5000 miles. I brought it back with 9000 miles. They "finished" the work and told me the car was ready. I found out they did not even drive the car, stated they looked at it before. They still would not drive the car with me to show their mpg number. They also claimed not to see anything wrong with the blower fan (a seperate issue), but when I drove the car home I had the same symptoms. I will never purchace another vehicle from Vic Canever. more

Great people, great service! 4/5/2011

My salesman, Galen, was knowledgeable, friendly, and showed me the features of my new car. The financial person, Mark, was efficient and fixed things up. Chris in service helped sort out a problem and fixed up everything nicely. more

WOW WOW WOW WHO IS THE MAN 3/27/2011

I just purhase a GMC 2006 Yukon for Vic Canever Chevrolet. I was worry about the annual percentage rate. But the man main man the (Finance manager) help me get a low percentage rate that I thought was impossible. Saleperson Greg Thompson look me in the eye and said I will do you right and he did. But the finance manager it the man he went all out for me. I like to thank the Vic Canever Chevrolet you have a customer for life. more

Very pleased 10/29/2010

My husband and i had a hard time trying to get car at other places because we did not have enough credit established. Vic Canever worked with us and found us a bank that would work with us. Chuck worked very hard finding us a dependable car that my husband and i love more

I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received at Vic Canever. My sales person is Larry Lewis and using his name in the service area is a real benefit. If my next car is a Chevrolet, I am headed back to Vic Canever. more

Trustworthy and willing to stand behind their name 11/16/2005

My experience at Vic Canever Chevrolet was suprisingly good. I get nervous at dealerships, not knowing if I'm getting the wrong information since I'm female and not car knowledgeable. The sales staff there was quick to put my fears at ease. I was given all of the possible rebates and deals that were available, and they answered all of my questions about the different vehicles that I test drove. It took a little longer that usual to get my car ready, so they gave me a free rental and threw in a free oil change. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, and will definetely be going there again for my next car purchase. more

Good Dealership & Good Salesman 8/23/2005

We recently traded in our vehicle for a mini van and this was the first place we went to and we left the same day with a new vehicle. It was pain free the salesman we had was wonderful not pushy and extremely helpful. We had a decent selection and he let us look at each one without rushing us or trying to push the most expensive vehicle. I will look here first before going to another dealer. more
