Called to ask about their dog policy and was told as long as our dog was off the trails and the rock climbing it was ok. We drove all the way from California only to be yelled at by a nasty old man. He yelled at us about a truck that was not ours then told us to get out with our dog.
Later two teenagers came and told us we could leave our dog in the car (it was about 95 degrees) or leave him in a kennel they had up the road. Then they said if we had a crate he could stay in there.
We went to the store by the pool and asked the woman there if it was ok if we tied our dog instead. At this point she said no dogs no exceptions even if he was in a crate. I asked for a refund since it was them who gave me wrong information over the phone. She said "Oh no we don't give refunds" they wouldn't take responsibility for their giving me wrong information.
I was told that I would be escorted out if I didn't get my dog out. Super rude and inconsiderate. They weren't even willing to work with us.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEIR RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
