I purchased a brand new vehicle in January of 2013 out of state from Vaugh Automotive. At the time, communication between the sales rep. Tim Kirkman and the finance department was acceptable for doing business out of state. However, after the purchase contract was signed there was little if no communication in response from the sales rep. or finance department. I never received finalized copies of the contract as I requested nor the window sticker (which was specifically asked to be mailed or placed in the vehicle) to date (now March 2013), The only reason this vehicle was not purchased locally in Texas was because of the value and options, however, I would not do business with this dealership again because of lack of communication following the purchase and not complying with my specific request after being told it would be done numerous times before the purchase and during the waiting time for delivery. more

Not very good service. The guy that sold me my car was horrible at returning my phone calls. The car looked okay when I got there and purchased it and it ran good when I test drove it. However, a couple months later the air conditioning pump went out in my car, which he failed to tell me the air conditioning was going out before I bought it (he had to have known, because the car shakes when the pump is going out, but it didn't do it when I test drove it). After a trip to Ohio from Iowa, the pump finally went out and I was stranded in Ohio with a broken car and a $1400 bill (I eventually got the car back to Iowa). I called to ask if they could alleviate some of the cost since they obviously flat out lied and failed to tell me the car was not running correctly, but I got nothing again. Now the trunk latch is broke, the cover on the buttons in my car are melting off and now the remote entry is starting to go to hell. The customer service is horrible and after buying my car I heard from numerous people not to go there. Would not recommend if you are looking for good and honest service. more

The Worst Dealership 5/8/2011

Worst service I've ever had. First they did a bait and switch on the diagnosis price. Then they gave a diagnosis for $700. I had the repairs done and the problem was NOT fixed! They refuse to take any responsibility. I even spoke to the General Manager and the GM Hotline. All I got was excuses. more
