I took my car in because it was missing out. The mechanic fixed three of the cylinders and took care of it. I also asked them to check out the AM radio. I have 2 Hyundai Accent...

Fast, thorough, friendly. 3/11/2014

I went in for an oil change, they rotated my tires, washed the car and informed me of a recall in less then 40 minutes. Great dealership. more

Brought my car in for a factory recall repair. Everyone I came in contact with in the service dept/cashier's office were polite and friendly. All other "suggested" services were way overpriced and declined. more

Hyundai accountability 1/28/2014

I took my car in because it was missing out. The mechanic fixed three of the cylinders and took care of it. I also asked them to check out the AM radio. I have 2 Hyundai Accents and the AM static is ridiculous on both of them. Hyundai did not want to check it out unless I paid $88.00 for a diagnostic check. I bought the radio for this vehicle at Car Toys as Hyundai did not put a radio in this car. The other car had a hyundai factory radio. It is crap also. I will not buy another Hyundai product. more

Planned maintenance 9/6/2013

At 15,000 the routine maintenance called for replacing engine and cabin filters. The charges were for full price for each filter + $20 labor per filter. For $40 I can replace both myself and I would have paid less for the filters. Next time I'll do those myself. more

They took care of the oil seal leak. 8/8/2013

I had my first oilchange on my 2013 Sonata and the oil seal on the filter was faulty. I drove to the beach and discovered the oil leak and the dealership brought my car and myself back to Vancouver and took care of the problem. They told me to come back in if I had any follow up problems. more
