The place where I usually get my oil changed is only open unil 6:00pm during the week so I chose to try Valvoline since they were open until 7:00pm, well, at least the website says they are open until 7:00pm. I drove over, parked my car, walked to the door where I could see a very visable illuminated OPEN sign, saw people inside working on cars and then I tried to open the door and it was locked. I thought this was odd since it was only 5:45pm. I checked the time on the door and confirmed that it said open until 7:00pm. The workers watched me pulling on the locked door and then continued to work. What in the world!?! All I can assume is that, they just did not care about offering their services to me. Oh well, I can take my money elsewhere. I should have expected this since this location was in Antioch! Pros: Open later during the week Cons: Refused to let me into the building more
