    The focus of the cent\er is a wellness-oriented program with an emphasis on physical fitness as a means of maintaining good health for all people. The Health & Fitness Center provides guidance and motivational support within a dedicated and structured environment.. Body Pump™ The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats,presses,lifts & curls.


    Body Combat ™ is the empowering cardio workout where you’re totally unleashed. This energetic program is inspired by martial arts & draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate,boxing,Tae-kwon-do,Tai Chi & Muay Thai.


    Studio Cycling Spinning in each of the energy zones – endurance,strength & interval. This class is a cardiovascular training,not just a workout.


    Yoga Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes VInyasa means breath-synchronized movement. The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.


    Pilates is a form of exercise,developed by Joseph Pilates,which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength,flexibility,& awareness in order to support efficient,graceful movement.


    Step Aerobics Rhythmic exercises performed to music that stimulates the aerobic capacity of the heart & lungs,burns calories and improves endurance.
    Kid’s Fitness Circuit training program w/pilates,resistance bands,cardio kickboxing,boot camp,free weights & cardio training for kids of ages 6-11 yrs.


    Zumba,a Latin-inspired,dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin & International music & dance movements,which create a dynamic,exciting,& effective fitness system!
