They do okay if they don't have a downfall happen. As soon as one of their personnel is missing all the balls are dropped. We usually get mail at 10 am, if the regular carrier is on vacation, it'll be near 3pm before any mail is delivered. We are at a business and rely on prompt mail delivery to better serve our customers. When they know that someone is on vacation they should plan accordingly so that the postal customers are not suffering.
