Wow...I have been a USbank customer for many years, and never had I had poorer experiences than at this branch. The three times I have been to this branch for simple transactions (depositing checks, withdrawing cash), I have been treated with nothing but curtness and attitude. Twice I had to leave the branch without completing my transactions, once, because I was told that without my checking account number I couldn't deposit a check, regardless of if I had my debit card and photo ID, and the second time because my last name had been written in a different pen color on a check I was depositing. Both times I left only to drive to a different location where a teller easily (and happily) completed them for me. I am not sure what happened here with this branch, as every other location is staffed with people who are helpful and kind. Three strikes, and this branch is out.
