Yes, I agree. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful, but.... not very kind or friendly while doing it. I have been in a handful of times and each time is the same. I agree with one reviewer, she (the owner) gets extremely upset about a return. For me, it cost them a customer. Although I am a huge supporter of local business, I am sorry to say that I will be shopping online from now on. more

The owners are very helpful! I'm new to the nursing scene and there are so many different styles of scrubs to chose from. They were extremely helpful and basically waited on me the whole time I was there. They even offer a discount for students! I recommended the Uniform Boutique to my classmates. Pros: Extremely helpful owners. Cons: Less of a selection, however, that's not always a bad thing. more

very rude owner. poor customer service. go elsewhere if you can. there are many other uniform shops to choose from in the valley. Pros: lots of uniforms Cons: the owner is very rude on returns. more
