Last week I called this office because of a bad case of poison ivy, First I called my doctor but they were too busy to see me. At first I was told I could not be seen for a month.But I guess it pays to be nice to people on the phone because when I told the receptionist, Lorraine my story she found a cancellation for me and I was seen by a nice female doctor who cleared my itch in 2 days!!! more

I waited three months for an appointment. Since I was to be a new patient they said that was the first available. I was also on a cancellation list. The night before my appointment they called and canceled. Something had come up. Again since I was a new patient to be the next available appointment wouldn't be for another three months. I could be on the cancellation list though if I wanted to. I told her I wouldn't go to their office! That their cancellation list didn't work for me before and I wasn't about to wait another three months! I had a lump that I needed looked at to see if it was cancer! I couldn't believe that they would have had me wait a total of six months to have this checked. I made an appointment elsewhere for two weeks later! Go somewhere else! They must have 6-10 doctors working out of there so there shouldn't have been such a wait! more
