Twin Town Treatment Centers - Sherman Oaks

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! WARNING!!!!! 1.this place sucks balls! 2.they change management every six month because they end up quiting...Now a new company owns this building and now it's even WORSE!! 3. Printer/fax machine is always broken...and it takes them over a month to fix. 4. TVs dont work in the rec room and they are doing nothing to fix it. 5. Security SUCK!! There was a crazy person on drugs 2 weeks ago in the building and security was no where to be found. 6. They took away the coffee machine that everyone enjoyed..(well, it was one of my fav. things) 7. The only thing good about this building is the area and the gym. 8. Better off moving in a different apt. with cheaper rent and in the same area. more

At first glance the Encore seems ok. DON'T BE FOOLED. This place is horrible! The building isn't level, things tend to roll off counters. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors below, above, and beside you. Even if you manage to get the top floor, there are constantly people walking on the roof. The elevators and hallways often wreak of dog piss. The office is non-responsive, it takes about 3 calls to get things fixed. My A/C went out when it was 100 degrees out and it took them 4 days to fix it. Handles and hinges constantly fall off the discount cabinets. I've never had so many inspections in my life. About every month we get a notice on the door of an inspection. During the last one 4 ft guys I've never seen came in and went through my cabinets to check for ""plumbing"". I assumed it is related to police raids that happen every few months. I voiced a concern about this and received a ""non lease renewal."" more

The management is horrible and the place is not that much better. Before signing the contract, take a really close look at the hallways for dog poop and piss in the stairways.\r Also, be aware that they will charge you all sorts of fees that are unique to this place and when you are leaving please ensure that you take photos of the place and insist on a walk through with signed certification otherwise don't be surprised to get a bill in the mail for unheard of damages more
