Disappointment is a understatement. From the start of the process being secretive and not professional. Six hours later and a waste of my time .
I took my car in for full inspection for a possible buyer. Joe the shop owner tells the possible buyer not to buy the car. That the car is unsellable. He even accused us of rolling back mileage to the buyer. My jaw dropped to the ground. Just lies upon lies.
My Husband and I left the house to run some errands, We passed by the shop on our way home 4 hours after we dropped the car off, Concerned that the buyer was coming back very soon. We noticed that the car had not moved from the spot where we left it. and the other cars that were on the lifts had not moved.
I returned home and phoned Joe that we would be by shortly. when we arrived a hour later the car had just moved.... As the Radio ""Car Man"" refers to as the ""Sunshine Treatment"" Meaning He says that he'll get right on it... and they pull it around back to let it sit .
This is a highly documented vehicle from day one, We provided a complete three ring binder with the original window sticker and every receipt ever spent on this car.
He did not look at the book or spend any time in his inspection what so ever.
On top of all of this.... He Made the Buyer ride on a bus from silver lake to tell him in person his cursory findings. He would not speak to him on the phone.... A little weird wouldn't you say. Maybe because he hadn't inspected the car yet.... just say'n !!
This Guy is a COMPLETE STOOGE !!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO INTO THIS PLACE EVER.... in fact when I drive by I'm am going to look the other way, so as to never relive this day ever again. How's that for a review.
